A recipe for a healthy sweet snack
I have a confession to make...my name is Kendall and I have a sweet obsession.
I grew up with sweets served after every dinner. But now it has gotten to the point where I crave something sweet after every meal! I needed to find a new sweet treat other than chocolate chips and dates, which are too high in sugar.
Craving sweets is normal, but can be difficult to feed when trying to be health conscious.I found a healthier sweet treat approved by Kelly LeVeque who is a holistic nutritionist, wellness expert, and celebrity health coach. Not only is this treat easy to make, but it also curbs my cravings! These bite size treats melt in your mouth, are high in good fats, keep you full, and won't spike your blood sugar!
Try it out and let me know what you think.
