Many people believe heath starts with the food you consume, the doctors you see, or how much you exercise. We all know the phrase, “An apple a day keeps the doctor away.” But what if I told you how to be healthier than you ever were before by stating something so simple, yet you may have forgotten through the chaos of daily life...

The Simple Reminder to Ultimate Health:

Health starts from inside you and radiates out.


Such a simple concept, yet it seems to get lost in the production, consumption, and marketing gimmicks of society. You do not need to seek anything outside of yourself, but to rather seek what is inside of yourself. No fancy juice cleanses, no detoxes, and no wasted money spent on diet gimmicks.

Now before you stop reading because you think I am sounding hippie-dippy, just think about it.

  • How much love and attention do you give yourself on a daily basis?

  • How many times do you stop and thank yourself?

  • How often do you reflect n your achievements?

  • How often do you tell yourself how proud you are of what you have done?

  • What about telling yourself you love you?

I know, I know it sounds so cheesy, but seriously. Think about it. Think about how much you do for others, and maybe even, how much you expect back? What if you gave yourself the love you give others? How would you feel?

Humor me please: close your eyes and think about all the things you are proud/grateful/thankful for or what you love about yourself. Send yourself love for a minute or two. TRY this right before you fall asleep at night.

Take note on how it makes you feel...then tell me I am hippie-dippy crazy.I know it works. I want you to see how it can work for you too.

You have the power to make all your dreams come true through giving your self the LOVE you need to grow.

This is the first step towards a healthier you inside and out.

Take baby steps and do not get caught up in how long it takes.

It is not always easy to remember to love yourself, but if you can train yourself to send yourself love daily you will be happier and healthier inside and out.
